Customers registered on the website see "your price" — a permanent discount on every item. The discount depends on your loyalty level. You can also pay up to 20% of your purchase with points.

• "Your price" is shown after you sign in — in the catalogue, on product pages and in the bag
• "Your price" is rounded down to whole hundreds of roubles
• "Your price" applies to every item, new arrivals included — except discounted items and gift cards
• "Your price" does not combine with promo codes — the better option applies
• Cashback is credited on all purchases, including Sale
• Cashback is credited 14 days after the purchase
• 1 point = 1 ₽
• The delivery cost is not taken into account when accruing bonuses
• Discounts do not apply to delivery
• If there are no purchases during the year, the loyalty programme levels are reset
• The bonus programme does not apply when purchasing a gift certificate. When making a purchase using a gift certificate, the programme applies
• Welcome points for registration are valid for 3 months from the date they are credited
• Points earned on purchases are valid for 1 year from the date they are credited
• Points are spent in the order they were credited: the earliest ones go first
• We will remind you 7 and 3 days before they expire — by email or SMS. Your balance and the nearest expiry date are always visible in your account
