Consent to personal data processing

If, when using the Site, the user provides any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter — personal data), its subsequent processing will be carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. With respect to all personal data provided, the user grants the Administrator consent to its processing. The Administrator processes the user's personal data solely for the purposes of providing the user with the functionality of the Site, the content posted on it, marketing, advertising and other information, for the purposes of the user receiving personalized (targeted) advertising, research and analysis of the user's data, as well as for the purpose of promoting its goods and services to the user. The Administrator takes all necessary measures to protect the personal data of the Site user, and grants access to such data only to those employees, contractors and agents of the Administrator who need this information to ensure the purposes of the Administrator's processing of personal data of the Site. Disclosure of the personal data provided by the user may be made only in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. With respect to all personal data provided by the user to the Administrator, the Administrator has the right to carry out collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement (updating, modification), use, distribution (including transfer to any third parties, including transfer of personal data to third parties for storage or in the event of entrusting the processing of personal data to third parties), depersonalization, blocking, destruction, cross-border transfer, processing using the principal methods of such processing (storage, recording on electronic media and their storage, compilation of lists, marking) and other actions in accordance with Article 3 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.06.2006 'On Personal Data'. The user understands and agrees that the provision to the Administrator of any information about oneself that is not contact information and does not relate to the purposes designated by the Administrator of the Site (does not relate to the Administrator's activities, to the goods and/or services it promotes, to the terms of cooperation between the Administrator and the Site user), as well as the provision of information relating to state, banking and/or commercial secrets, information about racial and/or ethnic origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, state of health, or the intimate life of the Site user or any other third party, is prohibited.
