The Buyer has the right to confirm or cancel the Order to purchase Goods if the price has been changed by the Seller after the Order was placed. 3.5. A change by the Seller of the price of Goods already paid for by the Buyer is not permitted. 3.6. The Seller indicates the cost of delivery of the Goods on the online store website. 3.7. The Buyer's obligations to pay for the Goods are deemed fulfilled from the moment the Seller receives the funds. 3.8. Settlements between the Seller and the Buyer for the Goods are made by the methods indicated on the online store website in the Payment section. 4. PLACING AN ORDER 4.1. When registering on the online store website, the Buyer undertakes to provide the following registration information: 4.2.1. The surname, first name, and patronymic of the Buyer or of the person designated by the Buyer (the recipient); 4.2.2. The address to which the Goods are to be delivered (if delivery is to the Buyer's address); 4.2.3. Email address; 4.2.4. Contact telephone number. 4.3. The name, quantity, assortment, and price of the Goods selected by the Buyer are indicated in the Buyer's cart on the online store website. 4.4. If the Seller requires additional information, it has the right to request it from the Buyer. In the event the Buyer fails to provide the necessary information, the Seller bears no responsibility for the Goods selected by the Buyer. 4.5. The Buyer's acceptance of the terms of this Offer is carried out by means of the Buyer entering the relevant data into the registration form on the online store website. DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF THE GOODS TO THE BUYER 5.1. The Seller provides the Buyer with services for the delivery of the Goods by one of the methods indicated on the online store website. 5.2. If the contract for the sale and purchase of goods by remote means (hereinafter the "Contract") is concluded with a condition for the delivery of the Goods to the Buyer, the Seller is obliged within the period established by the Contract to deliver the Goods to the place indicated by the Buyer, and if the place of delivery of the Goods has not been indicated by the Buyer, then to the place of the Buyer's residence or registration. 5.3. The Buyer indicates the place of delivery of the Goods when placing the Order to purchase the Goods. 5.4. The delivery period of the Goods to the Buyer consists of the order processing time and the delivery time, as indicated in the relevant section of the online store. 5.5. The delivered Goods are transferred to the Buyer, and in the Buyer's absence - to any person presenting a receipt or another document confirming the conclusion of the Contract or the arrangement of delivery of the Goods. 5.6. Information about the Goods is communicated to the Buyer in the technical documentation accompanying the Goods, on labels, by means of marking, or in another manner accepted for particular types of goods. 5.7. Information about the mandatory confirmation of the conformity of the Goods is provided in the manner and by the means established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on technical regulation, and includes information about the number of the document confirming such conformity, about its validity period, and about the organization that issued it. 6. RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS, REFUND OF FUNDS 6.1. Exchange of the Goods, if it did not suit the Buyer in shape, dimensions, style, color, size, or configuration, is possible within 7 days, not counting the day of purchase. 6.2. Return or exchange of goods is possible when their merchantable appearance (packaging, seals, tags), consumer properties, completeness of the goods, as well as the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the said goods (sales or cash receipt) have been preserved. 6.3. Return of Goods of proper quality 6.3.1. The Buyer has the right to refuse the ordered Goods at any time before receiving them, and after receiving the Goods - within 14 (fourteen) days at the showroom, and 7 (seven) days at the online store. 6.3.2. Upon the Buyer's refusal of the Goods, the Seller returns to the Buyer the cost of the returned Goods, except for the Seller's expenses associated with the delivery of the Goods returned by the Buyer, within 10 (Ten) days from the date the returned Goods are received at the Seller's warehouse together with a refund application completed by the Buyer. 6.3.3. If, at the time of the Buyer's request, an analogous product is not available for sale from the Seller, the Buyer has the right to refuse to perform this Public Offer and demand a refund of the sum of money paid for the said Goods. The Seller is obliged to return the sum of money paid for the returned goods within 10 (Ten) days from the day the Goods are returned. 6.3.4. To arrange the return of Goods of proper quality (including by reason of their exchange), the Buyer undertakes to carefully package the Goods (with all components and the full set of accessories specified in the technical documentation for the Goods) and enclose the following documents: a return form; a copy of the passport (or another identity document); a copy of the payment receipt. 6.4. Return of Goods of improper quality: 6.4.1. Goods of improper quality are understood to mean goods that are defective and cannot ensure the performance of their functional qualities. 6.4.2. The appearance and completeness of the Goods, as well as the completeness of the entire Order, must be checked by the Buyer or the Recipient of the Order at the moment of delivery of the Goods. 6.4.3. If Goods of improper quality were transferred to the Consumer and unless otherwise agreed in advance by the Seller, the Buyer has the right to invoke the provisions of Art. 18 "Consumer's rights upon discovery of defects in goods" of the Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-1 of 07.02.1992 "On the Protection of Consumer Rights". 7.4.4. Claims for the refund of the sum of money paid for the goods are subject to satisfaction within 10 (Ten) days from the day the relevant claim is presented (Art. 22 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On the Protection of Consumer Rights"). 6.4.5. The refund of funds is carried out by returning the cost of the paid-for Goods by the method by which the Buyer made the purchase of the Goods. 6.5. Methods of return: through the showroom; by a transport company or postal service at the Buyer's discretion. The Buyer sends the returned goods as a parcel with declared value, without cash on delivery. Parcels sent with cash on delivery are not accepted for return. A completed refund application must be enclosed in the parcel. 7.
