Returns

You may return an item bought in the online store within 7 days of receipt.

Showroom staff accept returned items but do not process refunds. After inspection, the return is processed within 10 business days from arrival at the warehouse; the money is refunded to the card used for payment, and the crediting time depends on your bank.

Underwear (bras, briefs, bodysuits, pyjamas, negligees, night robes, swimwear, etc.) is non-returnable — Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2463 of 31.12.2020.

Cotton

White cotton can be washed at 95°C with a universal detergent; coloured cotton at 40°C in the machine with a detergent for delicate fabrics, or without a brightener. After washing, hang finished cotton fabric to dry without wringing, then iron on the Wool setting.

Other cotton fabrics are best ironed while still slightly damp.

Avoid tumble-drying cotton, as it may shrink significantly.

Wool

Woollen fabrics get dirty slowly and barely crease.

Wash wool by hand only, using a detergent for delicate or woollen fabrics. The water temperature must not exceed 30°C, use plenty of water, and never rub or wring. Roll a freshly washed woollen item in a terry towel and lay it flat until completely dry.

Viscose

Wash in the machine or by hand, as you prefer, but always on a gentle cycle at no more than 40°C. Use a detergent for delicate fabrics. Do not rub, wring, or spin viscose in a centrifuge.

Do not use drying machines. Iron viscose on the Silk setting while damp or through a damp cloth.

Acetate

Wash by hand or machine at 30°C, always on a gentle cycle. Hang such fabrics to dry and avoid drying machines. They dry quickly and hardly need ironing. Iron on the Wool/Silk setting.

Elastane

Wash by hand or machine — your choice — preferably with a detergent for delicate fabrics. Dry by standard methods, excluding drying machines.

This fabric does not need ironing.

Eco-leather

Make it a rule to regularly wipe eco-leather garments with a soft cloth.

• •Treat them with special water-repellent protective products.
• •If you stain the item, remove the dirt as soon as possible with a soft sponge or a piece of flannel — no stiff brushes.
• •Wipe the surface in smooth circular motions.
• •If the stain has already dried, use gentle gel cleaners.

Abrasive particles will ruin eco-leather irreversibly.

Genuine leather

Genuine leather items must not be washed. If soiled, take them to a dry cleaner.

Contact with water may cause stains. To remove them, wipe the item with a dry cloth and hang it until completely dry.

Do not leave the item in direct sunlight.

Faux fur

Faux fur items must not be washed or bleached. Tumble drying is prohibited. Ironing is prohibited.

If soiled, take them to a dry cleaner.

If you are dealing with stubborn stains, do not try to remove them with home remedies. Take the item to a dry cleaner — professionals know best how to handle such soiling.
